I made payment but it doesn't show that step as complete.

Once we have confirmed receipt of funds in our account we will mark your account paid. At this point the step will show up complete. When this is done you will receive a successful activation e-mail with your new and active website address.

How long will it take for my site to go live?

As soon as we have marked your site paid in our database it will go live. If you activate your site outside normal business hours there may be a delay in this process as it requires human/manual interaction.

I'm not getting my messages, what can I do?

First, if you sent yourself a test message there may be a delay in it appearing as all our mail is filtered to help block scammers and spam. All messages have to be approved before clearing the system.

Spam blockers wreak havoc with e-mail reliability, especially e-mails coming from a website. We have no control over this issue once an e-mail clears our system. Consequently, we have set up personal message pages for all our families to ensure peace of mind and accuracy. You will find the text link at the base of your main menu.

My changes aren't showing up on my site.

You need to regenerate your site to upload saved changes. Simply click on the "Activate Profile" button and then the "Generate Profile" button. The changes will go live immediately once you have regenerated your site.

I haven't gotten a response to my e-mail.

Again, spam blocking and filtering may be interfering with correspondence. We do our best to check for new messages filtered into spam folders and apologize for any we miss. My site isn't coming up when I do a search by area.

This feature requires that you provide where you live in the "Internal & Private" section of your profile information. If you have left that blank your site will not show up under relative search criteria.

How do I change my e-mail address?

The system of site generation is based on the e-mail used to create your site. Therefore, the change is significant and must be made by us in the database at your request. You may change your courtesy copy e-mail addresses any time at your main menu.

I can't remember my login information.

We can provide you with the username and password hint you used. If that doesn't jog your memory we can reset it for you.

How do I change the picture on my banner ad?

The picture on the overview page is used for banner ads. Changing your picture there will also change your banner ad picture.

My pictures are too small.

The pictures for the main site pages work within a size constraint of 150 x 225 pixels. The upload tool will automatically resize your photos to fit the window. To maximize clarity, use close up pictures that are taller than they are wide and/or crop your images before uploading.

How can I share more pictures?

You may also upload unlimited photos in their original sizes and layout in your image gallery. That link is also found at the bottom of your main menu page.

We've been placed and don't need our site anymore.

We can take your site out of the search engine for you at your request. The URL remains active for the year paid for. However, we strongly recommend that you update your profile with your success story as we find it is so helpful and encouraging to other waiting families and birthmother's considering adoption.
